Frequently Asked Questions What is the history of Santa Fe Jets?
Santa Fe Jets, Inc. was created in response to the need for professional, New Mexico biased, private jet services. The company began operations in 2003 flying a King Air 200 to destinations all across the U.S., Mexico and Western Canada. In early 2006, Santa Fe Jets purchased a Cessna 560 Citation V which is currently based at the Santa Fe Airport providing clients with the advantages of personalized private jet travel with dramatic savings. Over the past year we have flown to over seventy-five destinations throughout North America.

As more clients have experienced the unsurpassed level of personalized service, demand for our private jet travel services and aviation consulting have continued to grow.

What About Safety? – Safety First
Pilots Michael Stewartt, Gary Vick and Phil D’Alessio each have over 20 years of Pilot in Command flight experience and unblemished safety records. Our flight crews under-go the most highly regarded recurrent training at Flight Safety International every six months.

Santa Fe Jets provides both superior service and better pricing than most membership and fractional jet ownership options. If your travel plans involve travel to or from Northern New Mexico, Santa Fe Jets will consistently be your best option.

Where do we fly?
As part of the JetWorks system, Santa Fe Jets can provide service anywhere in North America including destinations in Mexico and Canada. Should your travel plans include Hawaii, our fleet can accommodate your needs.

What if our travel does not originate in Santa Fe?
Through our affiliation with JetWorks and other national providers, we will make all arrangements to accommodate your travel needs and preferences.

How far in advance do you need to reserve the aircraft?
Santa FE Jets can often accommodate your travel needs within a two to three hours notice. Response time is dependent upon current bookings and aircraft availability.

What are the passenger capacity/onboard amenities/restrictions?
Our Citation V accommodates up to seven passengers in luxurious comfort. On Board service includes a selection of the finest beverages and food as well as a satellite phone and private lavatory for your convenience. Pets are welcome on board. We pride ourselves in the ability to plan for and accommodate special needs. Welcome aboard and we hope you enjoy our gorgeous first class cabin space and personalized service.

What is the pricing structure? How am I billed?
Pricing starts with a set flat hourly rate of $2,400. All fuel and operating charges are included. Variables such as destination, duration of trip, and time on ground at destination are factored in to arrive at a final quote. Please do not hesitate to call and allow us to provide you with an all-inclusive quote* for your private jet travel.

* Many jet charter services provide incomplete quotes and add Federal Excise Tax, fuel surcharges and other incidentals to your bill on your final statement.
